Botox has been a staple for people who wanted to look younger. Botox injections have helped to erase lines and wrinkles from many faces. More than half the people who have had a stroke will encounter Focal Spasticity. It interferes with their recovery. It can limit their ability to do things like button a shirt. It definitely affects their quality of life. In the upper limbs Botox will help with fingers, wrists and elbows. In the lower limbs it helps to relax the muscles in the ankles and toes.

Urinary Incontinence is another one that Botox can help with. Urinary Incontinence is usually bladder muscles that have spasms which make you pee yourself. The Botox can calm the spasms. It is administered the same way as it is for OAB.

The doctor will inject Botox into the upper lip to relax the lip muscles so it does not go up as far. Afterwards when you smile, the lip will not go up as far and covers the gums.

It happens to both men and women. Botox injections are administered to the armpit area and can be repeated when it wears off. It is also used for sweaty palms.
